The reactions of the characters to their friends disappearance is absolutely unrealistic and thus very unengaching. Can we please talk about how the visual environment makes you feel kinda safe/in peace but the music makes you stay in expectation of something terrible is about to happen. 5/10 this 5 stars goes to the cinematography by Pawel Pogorzelski also for the first 40 min of the movie... I was waiting for this movie to get better, maybe one of the friend escape or finds the truth or piled up bodies of even younger people. I can totally see Christian, mark or even Simon get free and take out one demon at time staring with baby guy who writes the book. I was waiting for mark to sneak out in the night latch and lock up the cabins and put them on fire killing them all. Dani was just playing it off and just waiting for someone to rescue. Ari Aster it's easy to make creepy movie, and creepy movie you can do anything and it doesn't have to make sense at all. 😂.

Dude looks like he could be a member of the village that did Midsommar. After watching Vikings series i don't think this is scary at all, I love Nordic culture, traditions and their women are the most beautiful. The actress crying in the beginning. my friend had to leave the room... too real...
